Just wanted to share with you a new line of jewelry that I have started designing...

So I am suppose to tell you 10 random things about me...

here it goes...

1)  I have never seen E.T. ....If fact... my husband has to beg me to go to the movies!!

I think it is a waste of time.. I could be making something...!;)

2)I met my husband on a blind date!!

3) I like to listen to Talk radio...sometimes more than music!!!!

4) I LOVE my cereal...when I do eat it...to be soggy... I like non crispy french fries ..when I eat them....I only like red and purple colored candy.. ....I  can't stand the yellow, green and orange kind...

5)  I have been giving myself my own pedicures since I was about 6 or 7....my mom and I would do it together... Dr. Scholls foot soak is the best!!

6) I was raised drinking goats milk and eating Elk meat!! I was the girl in school with the wholewheat bread for my sandwiches and was sooooo embarrassed by it...now I am so glad my parents raised me that way...no Twinkies in my lunches!!! To this day... I go down that aisle... and think...OOOHH how I would love to just chow down on Twinkies and Ding Dongs!!!!

7) I love pulling weeds in my yard... trimming my roses back... mowing mt lawn.... my husband and I have always done our own yard work and we love it!!! we have been known in the past to just sit on our lawn and pull dandelions for hours...just chit chatting away....

8) The first time I was ever in a hospital was 5 years ago when I broke my leg!!!!

9) I have never had a root canal....

and I have NEVER had a housecleaner!!!!!

Finally!!

10) I  am PRO Life, PRO God, Pro Gun!!!!!!!!!!!

 I have been a fan  since the beginning and have most of her books...so what a treat it will be to meet this amazing woman and have her sign a copy of her book for me!!!

I 'll probably try and sneak in another trip to Paris to the Moon..since they are right in the same neighborhood!!!

she told me she enjoyed my blog and was going to be doing a new section in the magazine

at first I thought it was a spam e-mail....then I grabbed a copy of the magazine and knew that this was a "REAL" e-mail...wow... how exciting... I feel so flattered that I was asked to be in the fabulous magazine!

She found little 'ol me in this vast blog world!!

~ Last minute Blogger Fete!~

My Best Girlfriend

flew down from Northern California.....so we decided to have a

Blogger Fete!

Use to live in San Diego

and she moved with her adorable husband and 2 dogs to Northern Ca. several years ago...

I miss her ALOT ...we have SOOO much in common...

I can tell her anything...and can be myself with her...we have had many a fun time together...

So..... it was so great to see her today...and she will be teaching at 

The Country loft tommorrow in

La Mesa, Cal.

I picked her up at

 Omni hotel in downtown San Diego

 We then headed over to Miquels

on

Shelter Island

and indulged on their chips & salsa and famous jalapeno white sauce...and we had to have the Pomegranite Margarita's

I told her she could pick anywhere she wanted to go...my treat!!

She's always telling me that she misses all the GREAT Mexican food we have here in San Diego....so it was the perfect choice!!!

Next I took her to Vignettes ...she had never been there even when she lived in San Diego...

She was able to Meet Lori the owner

Then we quickly ran over to Paper Tales we checked out all the wonderful goodies that Michelle have in their wonderful store...and they have some amazing classes

Holly of Holly loves art will be teaching there in Nov.

I love her style!!!

sorry girls...my battery died....then we went to 

The Cheesecake Factory for an Iced Tea...then it was time to drop her off at the trolley so that she could meet up with her husband at Qualcomm Stadium to watch the Charger game!!

It was a fun day!! 

Can't wait to see her again tommorrow...and hook up with another friend of ours...Aenne Carver ...who is a Master Gardener and writer...we have a few things up our sleeves that us girls are working on!!
